Ready-made / In stock Inventory Items:
Pixie & Trixie will gladly issue a merchandise credit if you wish to return any item that was not custom made to order. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Upon our receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to your charge card or issue a refund check. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet the specifications listed, is defective in any way or damaged in shipping, please contact our company within 14 days. We will make every effort to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.
Custom and Made-to-order Items:
Custom designed and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order. Because we craft these items to your specifications, Pixie & Trixie cannot accept returns of custom items, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Again, in order to return an item or have an item repaired, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the problem. You may be asked to provide documentation of damage such as photos or a written statement. Pixie & Trixie cannot refund shipping charges of returned merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest customers send all returns via insured mail for protection in the event of loss or damage.
Currently payment will by accepted online through Pay Pal. Simply click on the convient "Add to Shopping Cart" button next to each product to order using Pay Pal's secure and easy-to-use software. Or, if you would like to order through the mail, you may print off our order form and send a check or money order to the address below. The order will be processed as soon as the check/money order clears. You may also place your order by phone or email & send the payment.

Our products are made to withstand the regular use of a baby/toddler. Our Velcro tabs meet military standards and all of our fabric is pre-shrunk for color-fastness and shrinkage. All items can be laundered in warm water & tumbled dry, smooth flat after removing from dryer. We recommend the use of an oxidizing, non-chlorine stain remover (such as Oxi-Clean) to clean our bibs that have food stains. Be sure to secure the Velcro tabs together when laundering the bibs, to avoid snagging other items in washer/dryer. We make our products to last from newborn to the toddler years and beyond!
Our attorney requests that we make this additional statement. As with any product that is used for children, adult supervision should be present. Pillows are a danger for small children and are NOT intended for use in a crib. Our products are not flame retardant & should never be placed near an open flame. Care should be taken when any item is around a child's neck.
Sales Tax:
Because Pixie & Trixie operates in Iowa, we are required to collect 5.0% sales tax on orders shipped to an Iowa address. Those who live outside Iowa will not be charged sales tax for orders placed with Pixie & Trixie, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.
Gift wrapping is available for just $4. Just click on "Add to Shopping Cart" under the Gift Wrap icon on the Products & Prices page. We pride ourselves on wrapping a beautiful package to match the standards of the Pixie & Trixie product contained within. Handmade greeting cards can be included with a personal message for $2. These special greeting cards are made by our Stampin Up! consultants Kristin Johnson & Amy Main.
A gift message can be included at no charge with our regular shipping documents.

We work hard to find rare & unique fabrics. As a result, shipping schedules may vary by fabric location needs. We have a large inventory on hand & most items will be shipped within three business days of your purchase. Custom designs and made-to-order items require more time as they are crafted to your specifications. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery of these items and up to 12 weeks for larger custom pieces (such as custom patchwork quilts requiring fabric approval & location time).
These timelines are based on prior experience & represent our expected delivery schedule. Pixie and Trixie cannot offer an absolute guarantee of shipment within these time frames.
